Being 100% volunteer, The Chenango Forks Fire Company is always looking for more members. Even if being an interior firefighter is not for you, there is always something for everyone. Whether it be as fire police directing traffic, a member of the med team responding to medical emergencies, or an associate member helping out at fundraisers or preparing and delivering food during major incidents. We always could use more hands.

As a member of the fire company, you receive various benefits. Such as access to scholarships, a $200 NYS tax credit every year, the rewarding feeling you get after helping a total stranger, but perhaps the greatest reward is being part of much larger family. The brother and sisterhood that you become a part of can be utmost rewarding.
